A Certified Wellness Coach, Sara has over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. An All-American sprinter on the 400-meter relay at UCLA led to her winning a silver medal in the 100, 200 and 400-meter sprints at the USA Master’s National Championships.
Sara went on to inspire others as the Women’s Head Coach at Texas A&M University – Commerce. While she enjoyed the track coaching experience, she had a deep calling to reach more individuals with the message of health and wellness. Sara’s "What Makes You Think" campaign was founded on the philosophy that it is our belief system that dictates our choices, our health and how we show up in relationship with others.

Monique Greenwood is owner and CEO of Akwaaba Bed & Breakfast Inns. Opening her first bed and breakfast 23 years ago, she has grown these upscale B&Bs in Brooklyn, NY; Washington, DC; Cape May, NJ; Philadelphia, PA and a boutique resort in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains.
